This recipe is from makeitdairyfree.com and is fabulous for a dairy free alternative chocolate! Ingredients
3 tablespoon Coconut Oil
¼ cup Dark Chocolate Cacao Powder
2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
½ teaspoon Vanilla
In a medium saucepan, over low heat, add the coconut oil, cacao powder, and maple syrup to the pan.
Whisk constantly until well combined and a pourable consistency.
Add in the vanilla and whisk until just combined.
Pour into moulds and pop in the fridge. It should be set within 2 hours. If you do wish to add additional fillings, such as strawberries, or other chopped up fruit, add these in just before you pour!
Store in air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Use as needed.
