Please be advised that Life Skills Hub is not a registered NDIS provider. As such we can see private paying, NDIS self-managed or third-party-managed clients. We are not able to claim NDIS agency-managed clients funding from the NDIS. 

Please be assured that although we are not a registered provider, we do adhere to the NDIS Practice Standards and are committed to providing a quality service to all of our clients. We have simply not undertaken the audit process at this time in order to register as an NDIS provider.

As we understand that many of our clients are participants of the NDIS, our fees are loosely based on the fees in the NDIS support catalogue, however it is ultimately our client's / their plan manager's decision on which category is chosen to claim funds from; for example, Core funding or Capacity Building funding, and which particular line item. We can give you general and broad advice, however we do recommend that you talk to your planner to ensure that you have the appropriate funding to access the service. As a private, non-registered service, we are not bound by the specific fees in the NDIS Support Catalogue, however we do our best to be consistent with the NDIS catalogue.

If you are self-managed or plan-managed client it would be beneficial for us to have a copy of your NDIS plan, so that we can ensure that we are working towards the relevant goals. We do not need to know about your funding amounts, only the goals.

If you are an agency-managed participant and wish to access our service, we recommend that you speak with your Local Area Coordinator or Support Coordinator (if you have one) to determine whether it is appropriate and/or possible to have your funding "changed".  Alternatively we are very happy to support you as a private paying client.
