Dungeons & Dragons
Cooking allows children and young people to use all their senses – smelling, looking, touching, listening, tasting – to build upon their knowledge and comfort with food.
This group gathers the creative minds of young people to further develop fine motor and social skills, as well as executive functioning skills such as ideation and sequencing.


Gross Motor Group
High School Transition

This group allows young people to come together to further develop their gross motor skills, strength, teamwork skills whilst building their confidence when it comes to physical activities.


Life Skills Hub’s High School Transition group provides opportunities for students to reflect, connect with peers and learn how to implement strategies to feel prepared for high school life.

Minecraft Social Group
Life Skills Hub's Minecraft Social group has been specifically designed by Life Skills Hub staff in conjunction with two teenagers diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Ladybugs Puberty Group
LEGO Group
Designed and facilitated by our therapists, our Ladybugs program is tailored for young people who are interested in understanding and preparing for the changes related to puberty.
LEGO© therapy is a social development program designed for young people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other children with social communication difficulties.
