Sam is a mentor at life skills hub and can also be found at reception assisting the admin team. Sam is friendly and inviting, with a positive attitude and finds helping others extremely rewarding.  
Sam has chosen to enter the health sector after spending the last three years supporting children aged 0-5 years as an educator in childcare. Sam has seen the early years of development's importance and has learnt valuable knowledge about inclusion, growth and development. 
 
Sam has worked with children and families from diverse backgrounds through the education sector, including childhood trauma, speech and sensory, ADHD and autism. Sam shows compassion and understanding with families while ensuring collaboration and respect.  
 
She is currently studying for a Bachelor's in Human movement with hopes to transfer into a Bachelor of Occupational therapy to continue learning whilst also gaining real-world experience at Life's skills hub. Sam is passionate about extending her learning and professional development to help individuals achieve their goals, whether big or small. 
 
Sam prides herself on open communication and trust-based relationships with clients. She likes to encourage young people to be their authentic selves and to love their quirks while offering support and guidance to achieve confidence and make positive life choices.  
  
Sam loves music, movies, exploring nature and spending time with family and friends. Sam is passionate about travel, sustainability, mindfulness, and self-love. She also has a 9-year-old English Pointer called Cali at home that she adopted, who loves cuddles and long walks. 
 
Sam can be found laughing and smiling, creating a fun and safe space one-on-one and within group experiences. Sam is motivating, genuine and very approachable. 
 
Sam is comfortable supporting clients of all ages through group experiences such as crafts, D&D, cooking and Minecraft. Sam is inspired to assist clients through anxiety/stress, social-emotional skills, developmental delays, and personal goals. Sam is highly focused and dedicated to going above and beyond for her clients to guide and help in any way she can.
