

Hi, I'm Colin!
Occupational Therapist
& Health Nerd
Colin is a registered Occupational Therapist who has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) and graduated with First Class Honours by Research. Colin previously worked for Life Skills Hub as a Mentor and Allied Health Assistant, and also has a background in both trade work and personal training. He is very passionate about the power of unconditional positive regard, and aims to empower young people make the most of their capabilities to help them thrive rather than simply survive. Colin practices with a gentle, nurturing and neurodiversity affirming approach and is a passionate advocate for the rights, needs, and wishes of his clients. He enjoys witnessing the potential in his clients being ‘unlocked’ through collaboratively finding appropriate accommodations in any necessary areas of life.

He has experience with a diverse range of clients, but notices that no matter what the setting, connecting with people through respect and empathy is always the gateway to forming strong, productive and therapeutic relationships. Colin will always take the time to give a warm, welcoming smile to help people feel comfortable in a new situation or environment.
